Tuapata Street

This project was for the extensive renovation of a 1900's cottage in Sumner. Our plans were designed to enhance contemporary seaside living for the home’s inhabitants, and pay special consideration to the client’s desire to have the home serve as short and long term rental accommodation.

The home’s smaller footprint lends itself to outdoor living; with large decks, sliding doors, and a generous outdoor living space including removable louvered pergola, all featuring in our design.
